Our History
Leveraging an impressive team of dedicated experts from the fields of Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, Organizational Development, and Human Performance Technology; AR Education is the cornerstone of Amstel Roche, LLC. The team originally formed to provide corporate learning and community education services for HirePrep, Career Development Institutes; which later was acquired by The Blissett Group. The Blissett Group had a track record of successfully providing corporate training and organizational development services throughout private, federal, state, and local government sectors. In partnership with The Blissett School and KTEC Education; AR Education's current Learning and Performance Improvement team created and implemented K-12 education consulting services and school programs, created and launched a private elementary school, and provided corporate learning services throughout many United States government agencies.
Amstel Roche was created after acquiring The Blissett Group and KTEC Education. Most of the original team members remain on staff at the firm. The team members all hold at least one Master’s or doctoral level degree in fields related to AR Learning and Performance specialties. The unique team of human performance consultants all have extensive experience providing cutting edge consulting services in K-12 and higher education, government, and corporate business sectors.
In the K-12 school sector, the team has provided many Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programs and business development consulting services to private schools and public K-12 STEM programs throughout Montgomery County, Maryland.
